YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. hghpens RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO
ONLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE
ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT FROM THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER
AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER
WITH US.
1. hghpens assumes
no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with
the purchaser to use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.
2. hghpens takes no
responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and
regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin.
3. In the event an order is
detained and confiscated by foreign customs. It will be refunded at 100%
(shipping included)
But only upon return of an official document justifying custom's
confiscation.
4. hghpens takes no
responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage
caused by the Postal Service.
5. If incorrect shipping
information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be miss
delivered and/or returned to sender. hghpens takes no
responsibility for order losses caused by this miss delivery or for
losses occurring because shipments are un returnable due to discreet
shipping.
6. Prices are subjected to
change according to International currency rates and changes in cost
prices without further notice.
7. Availability of products
is subjected to change without further notice.
8. hghpens takes no
responsibility for shipment delays caused by
holidays or the Postal Service.
9. In the event wrong
products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of
charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable
condition.
10. In the event products
arrive damaged due to improper packaging by hghpens, products
will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of
improper packaging is given.
11. Returns are accepted
only if products are proven to be unusable.
12. Order cancellations
after payment has been processed are not accepted.
13. We deliver your goods
within 5 business days.
